What we offer

Teaching and Lecture Support 

• 1st line AV and Lecture Capture support. 

• Academic and staff training sessions either on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups, tailored to the users AV requirements and needs. Please visit the Training page for more information. 

Conference/Event Support

• Setting up and providing technical support for conferences and complex events.* 

• For conferences we recommend having a technician on-site. If the AV team is unavailable, we will help in liaising with recommended contractors.  

Loan Equipment

• Limited stock of camcorders, microphones and portable LEDs which can be used for audio recording, video capture, hybrid and livestreaming. Please email av@csah.cam.ac.uk for further information on the available equipment. 

Videography

• Recording footage on-site or at a location for a variety of purposes such as events, interviews, summer programmes etc.*

*Overtime rates apply for out-of-hours work.
